Our conference theme, "Kal • Aaj • Aur Kal" (Yesterday • Today • Tomorrow), beautifully captures this extraordinary journey. Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Three thousand delegates. One city that never sleeps. Mumbai is ready, and so are we. As Treasurer, I've had the privilege of watching this conference take shape, and I can tell you the best part isn't the scale. It's the care behind every detail, so that when you walk in, all you have to do is enjoy it.

"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." Helen Keller's words describe AOMSI well. Our association has been built by surgeons who showed up, shared what they knew and lifted the next generation.

Expect world-class faculty, a scientific programme built around what you face in the clinic and the operating room, and a trade exhibition to explore the latest in our field. As Treasurer, I've kept one question at the centre of every decision: is this worth it for our delegates? You have my word that nothing has been left to chance, and that this conference has been shaped around you.

To our sponsors and industry partners, thank you for believing in this Golden Jubilee. To our organising committee and volunteers, thank you for the late nights and long meetings. And to every member, thank you for being the reason this milestone exists.
